1. I confirm that my exhibit will be covered by public liability insurance for the duration of the rally with a minimum cover of £2.5 million .

2. All drivers must hold a full driving license for the class of exhibit and be fully insured for rally use.

3. Any instructions by rally stewards/marshals must be adhered too.

4. No vehicle movement between 10am and 5pm anyone wishing to move between these times must be escorted by a rally marshal.

5. A maximum speed limit of 5mph is enforce across the whole site.

6. All dogs must be kept on leads, owners are also expect to clear up behind their dog and dispose of the waste in bins not portable toilets.

7. Generators must be switched off between 10:30pm and 7:30am.

8. Zero tolerance to abuse, we are family friendly event all staff, volunteers, exhibitors, traders and visitors should be able to enjoy their time with us without fear of any abuse physical or verbal.

 

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in immediate removal from the rally site and may result in Police action.
